Amy Brumfield
Amy Brumfield has been a certified Physician Assistant for 30 years and she feels it is an honor and a privilege to practice medicine. She practiced for 20 years at North Florida Medical in the Beaches community before starting her own practice, Seabreeze Medical, in 2017. She loves her patients like family and has been seeing many of them for more than two decades.
She believes good health is all about balance, using the best of traditional and holistic medicine for an integrative methodology. For optimal care, the best approach is to address one’s mental, physical, and spiritual health and wellness.
When she’s not working, Amy enjoys hiking on one of the great trails in Jacksonville, swimming in the beautiful blue ocean, or rollerblading on 1st Street. She has two sons who attended Fletcher Highschool. Go Senators!
Lori Spilker
Lori Spilker is a certified Physician Assistant with a strong background in internal medicine and pain management for over 30 years. She brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care, combining clinical expertise with a deep understanding of chronic and acute health conditions. In addition to traditional medical treatments, Lori has a special interest in integrative and alternative therapies, working with patients to explore options that support overall well-being. Her goal is to create personalized, balanced care plans that help each patient achieve lasting health and improved quality of life.
Lori earned her undergraduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University and completed her Physician Assistant training at Trevecca Nazarene University.
Outside of work, she’s a big college football fan, a fantastic cook who even went to culinary school, and loves spending time with her two kids.
Haze McCabe
Haze McCabe is a certified Physician Assistant with over 15 years of experience, specializing in obesity management and the prevention and management of cardiovascular disease. Known for her patient-centered approach and dedication to long-term health outcomes, she has built a strong reputation for providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
Haze is currently on indefinite maternity leave and is not actively seeing patients as she focuses on raising her four children. Outside of medicine, she enjoys staying active, reading, and playing tennis. A proud University of Florida alum — Go Gators! — Haze and her family reside near the beach, where they enjoy an active and engaged lifestyle.
Dr. Mark Barrow
Dr. Barrow is a graduate of The University of Florida Medical School. He is board certified in both Cardiology and Internal Medicine and has practiced for over 60 years. He is an author and a history buff! He founded the Matheson Historical Museum in Gainesville, Florida. Dr. Barrow enjoys spending his time in the outdoors beach combing or bird watching surrounded by nature, as well as spending time with his five grown children and twelve grandchildren.
