Amy Brumfield
Amy Brumfield has been a PA for 28 years and she feels it is an honor and a privilege to practice medicine. She practiced for 20 years at North Florida Medical in the beaches community before starting her own practice Seabreeze Medical 5 years ago. She loves her patients and has been seeing many of them for more than 20 years.
She believes good health is all about balance, using the best of traditional and holistic medicine for an integrative approach. For optimal care, the best approach is to address mental, physical, and spiritual health and wellness. When she’s not working, Amy enjoys hiking on one of the great trails in Jacksonville, swimming in the ocean, or rollerblading on 1st Street. She has two sons at Fletcher Highschool. Go Senators!
Brooke Mendonsa
Brooke has practiced as a PA for 11 years. She has a passion for patient education and strives to make sure her patients’ voices are heard. Her background lies in acute care and bio-identical hormone therapy and she is happy to bring these interests into a family practice setting. Brooke is a proud Navy wife and mom of three kids. She enjoys hiking, going to the beach, and traveling in her spare time.
Haze McCabe
I’m Haze McCabe, I have been a PA for 15 years-GO GATORS! I have 3 kiddos 12,10 and 6 and we live out here at the beach. When I’m not driving my kids around I love exercising, reading and playing tennis. My passions in medicine include obesity management and cardiovascular disease prevention and management.
Dr. Mark Barrow
Dr. Barrow is a graduate of The University of Florida Medical School. He is board certified in both Cardiology and Internal Medicine and has practiced for over 60 years. He is an author and a history buff! He founded the Matheson Historical Museum in Gainesville, Florida. Dr. Barrow enjoys spending his time in the outdoors beach combing or bird watching surrounded by nature, as well as spending time with his five grown children and twelve grandchildren.
